Problem
High level atrium located within new John Lewis store required a number of tasks to be completed as scaffold had been removed
Solution
Rope Task technicians carried out the following tasks within the atrium, using existing steelwork and over 500 preinstalled, dedicated rope access anchor points to access work areas.
Installed dedicated rope access anchor points, using aid climb techniques to climb around existing structure. Eyebolts were installed using either magnetic drills or drill and tap methods.

Repair plaster finish to high level walls
Paint all existing high level steelwork and walls within the atrium
Install lighting to architectural steel structure within atrium
