Pull Out Testing

Fall Protection Systems

Need safe access to a roof, leading edge, vertical ladder or complete protection of a rooftop, then we can supply you with both collective and individual controls for fall protection. Collective controls can be described as a handrail system that protects everyone on the roof, without the need for safety harnesses or lanyards and most importantly eliminates any rescue from height. Individual fall protection is best described as the use of a safety harness and lanyard attached directly to a fall arrest system.

Abseil Anchor Points

Installation of anchor points, sometimes called Eyebolts or Fall Arrest Eyebolts is our speciality, we have installed hundreds of rope access anchors in many different buildings and structures. Complying to EN795 and using EN7883 for inspection and testing we offer a complete service including 12 monthly examination of fall protection equipment and 6 monthly inspection & testing of rope access and abseil anchors

Inspection of Height Safety Equipment

Rope Task are both LEEA and ROSPA trained in the inspection of personal fall protection equipment. Intervals for inspection are determined by the use of the equipment. Most general use fall protection equipment will be thoroughly examined at a period not exceeding 12 months, specialist work at height equipment will be thoroughly examined at least every 6 months.

Height Safety Training

Do your own employees work at height, Rope Task clients use us for on site training of their own staff to comply with the Work at Height Regulations that includes the safe use of work restraint, work positioning and fall arrest techniques and skills in the use of specialist height safety equipment.

Rescue from Height

Whats happens if one of our staff falls? How do we rescue from height? All work sites are different, especially when it comes to work at height and the problems of recovering a person who has fallen onto height safety equipment. We can offer a simple height rescue course for your own employees. We will carry out a site assessment to construct a site specific rescue training course for your specific working environment.
