safety is our main priority
We would prefer to be as transparent as possible and show potential clients that safety is the main priority of the rope access management team here at Rope Task.
Therefore, we have updated this page with current rope access safety method statements, risk assessments and our own work procedures.
These documents are meant to provide health and safety managers from existing and future clients with an idea into how Rope Task reduce the risks associated with working at height and also the time, effort and thought that is put into ensuring that our contracts are run in a safe and efficent manner.
To ensure that a rope access system operates correctly, as a minimum the following factors are important:
1. rope access management and planning
2. competence of the operatives and correct team skills, numbers and supervision
3. equipment selection, use, maintenance and inspection by a competent person
4. proper organisation, execution and monitoring of working methods
A failure or shortcoming in any of the above can render the entire system deficient.
